Location: An attic in Neenah, Wisconsin Russell Mueller establishes a one-man design firm, Future Studio, providing packaging and production services for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Over decades, the agency outgrows its quarters and changes its name more than once. 1987
Location: Jeweler's Park, Neenah Kris Sexton takes ownership from her father. Under her leadership, Directions grows further, and by the early 1990s, the agency needs a new home. 1993

Commercial Street, Neenah Kris finds inspiration in the crumbling brick of a local eyesore and guides its transformation into a place of business that inspires strategic thinking, creativity and efficient problem solving.
